$600 plus for a alternator install after 4 other shops quoted me 175 and 200 dollars they were just closer to my location and thought they was a reputable auto shop most of the reviews are bologna it appears

No professionalism... I was customer there from 2005 to 2010. I know I wasn't pretty good customer, but the most important thing is PROFESSIONALISM. I am hearing impaired customer.. When I call through relay service, some of the staff was rude to the interpreters, a couple weeks ago, I called trying to get ahold of the owner in regards to E check issues, but one of the staff was so rude by saying "Bullshit" and hunging up the phone. So, I decided not to contact them no more. They need to improve the professionalism and attiudes towards the relay service in case other hearing impaired people tries to call them... But to be honest, they DID awesome job fixing my cars at good rates that's all I can say.
